We welcome messages that help us keep the calculators accurate and the guides clear. If you have found a problem, or something does not look right for the financial year selected, please let us know using the form below.
A contact form will be added here shortly. Until the form is live, you can reach us by email at info@paycalculatorsau.com.
You can also contact us by email at info@paycalculatorsau.com.
What to contact us about
Please get in touch about rate errors, where you think a tax rate, threshold, super guarantee percentage or leave rule does not match the official source for that year. Tell us which calculator you used, the financial year selected, and link to the ATO or Fair Work page you are relying on if you have it.
Calculator bugs are also welcome. If a result looks wrong, a field does not work on your phone, or a page does not load properly, describe what you entered in general terms, what result you expected, and what happened instead.
You can also send content corrections, suggestions for clearer wording, and privacy questions.
What not to send
Never send us your tax file number, bank account details, myGov login details, passwords, or copies of your payslips. We do not need them to fix a calculator, and we cannot help with your personal tax return, myGov account, or employer dispute.
Do not send documents that identify you or another person, such as contracts, payslips or tax assessments.
For personal tax questions, contact the Australian Taxation Office. For pay rates and workplace rights, contact the Fair Work Ombudsman.
What happens next
We read every message. We cannot reply to every message individually, but confirmed errors are fixed, and corrections help improve the site for everyone. We do not give personal tax, financial or legal advice by email or through the contact form, and a reply should not be treated as advice for your situation.
If your message needs a response, we will use the contact details you provide only to reply to you. Please check the Privacy Policy for how contact form information is handled.
